The MAM Intelliprocess IBC heating blanket is an advanced electric heating solution ideal for maintaining the temperature of liquids, resins and other materials used in industrial processes during winter or for preheating substances to different temperatures throughout the year. The MAM Intelliprocess IBC heating blanket is designed for applications that require precise and reliable temperature control, combining high-performance insulation with an intelligent dual-sensor electronic control system.
The standard version is best suited for frost protection, while the enhanced version allows reaching higher operating temperatures of up to 100°C, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of industrial thermal processes.
Built with WR-FR certified polyester exterior and interior fabric, an aramid interior lining, reflective mineral wool insulation and semi-rigid aluminum panels on the interior, the blanket delivers exceptional thermal efficiency and long-lasting durability in demanding industrial environments. The interior earthing connection provides an additional safety layer for operators and equipment.
The included electronic controller features a dual probe system that simultaneously controls the surface temperature of the blanket and senses the internal temperature of the container, allowing precise process management. The controller connects via a 0.5m IP68 cable for safe operation.
