Built with a fiberglass fabric interior lining and an external insulation compound of nylon bonded in fiberglass, the JLC delivers efficient targeted heat directly to the cylinder surface while minimizing heat loss to the surrounding environment. The adjustable strapping system with quick-release buckles ensures a secure and snug fit, making installation and removal fast and practical for daily use.
The JLC cylinder heating blanket operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 40°C and features IP44 protection rating for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Waterproofing and custom sizing are available on request, making the JLC a versatile solution for a wide range of cylinder types and sizes.
