IBC Heating Base

The LMR 1000 IBC heating base is an electric heating solution designed to heat IBC containers from the base, making it an ideal complement for processes that require both elevating the temperature and visualizing the container contents simultaneously. The LMR 1000 IBC heating base is built entirely with electric resistances, a high-temperature textile base and a digital temperature controller that allows precise process management from -5°C to 120°C.

The LMR 1000 operates automatically — activating the heating circuit when the temperature drops below the set point and disconnecting the power supply once the target temperature is reached, continuing the thermal insulation process cyclically. This ensures consistent and energy-efficient temperature maintenance without requiring manual intervention.

Its quick installation and removal design makes it practical for daily industrial use, and the cable extension with temperature control provides additional operator comfort during use. The LMR 1000 is particularly useful for adding heating power to traditional IBC blankets, for fixed-temperature container processes and for operations requiring simultaneous heating and content level visualization.

Built with gray nylon exterior and silicone interior, it includes a 16A monophasic plug and delivers 1500W at 220V across a 1200 × 1000mm base platform.
