IBC Heating Blanket

The MAM IBC Heating Blanket is a Chilean-made electric heating blanket specifically designed for 1000-liter IBC containers. The MAM IBC heating blanket provides precise and reliable temperature control for industrial processes that require exact thermal management, wrapping fully around the IBC to deliver uniform heat across the entire container surface.

Built entirely with electric resistances, a high-temperature textile base and a digital temperature controller, the MAM IBC heating blanket operates automatically — activating the heating circuit when the temperature drops below the set point and disconnecting once the target temperature is reached. The digital controller allows adjustment between -5°C and 90°C, ensuring accurate process control for a wide range of industrial applications.

Available in three configurations to suit different process requirements: the 1 Control Zone model delivers 3000W of uniform heating across the full blanket surface; the 2 Control Zones model divides the power into two independent 1500W zones for differential temperature management; and the 3 Control Zones model splits the heating into three independent 1000W zones for even more precise multi-zone temperature control.

All MAM models share the same dimensions (4400mm × 1110mm), polyester construction, IP41 protection rating, 3m cable without plug and 16kg weight. Compatible with standard 1000L IBC containers in Schutz and similar formats.
