IBC Hot Box Heating Enclosure

The MAM Hot Box IBC heater is a modular enclosure system primarily used with IBC containers and tanks to prevent substances from freezing or thickening in cold environments. The IBC hot box heater creates a fully enclosed heated volume around the container, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for temperature maintenance in industrial processes.

The system consists of two modular heating platforms, an aluminum frame and a thermal insulation cover that together form a closed heated space. It is controlled by an electronic box that allows operators to adjust the internal temperature of the enclosure, limit the surface temperature of the heating platform and configure two time switches for daily schedules and temperature programming.

The MAM Hot Box insulation uses WR-FR certified polyester for both the exterior and interior fabric, with a 1cm mineral wool / fiberglass + aluminum interior insulation layer for excellent thermal efficiency. The optional installation of 2 additional radiant panels is available to increase total heating power when required.

Available in two sizes: the 1380W model fits a 125×125cm footprint with 150cm height, and the 2760W double model covers a 250×125cm footprint at the same height, accommodating larger IBC configurations or two containers side by side.
