Irradiation Drum Heating Equipment

The FML Irradiation Drum Heating Equipment is a high-performance industrial radiant heater specifically designed for heating 200L metal drums. Built and engineered to withstand high temperatures, this equipment features an integrated thermostat that varies from 50°C to 300°C, with a maximum recommended operating temperature of 200°C, making it one of the most powerful and versatile drum heating solutions available for demanding industrial applications.

Unlike traditional heating blankets that wrap around the drum exterior, the FML works through radiant heat transmission, positioning itself around the drum and delivering intense, uniform heat from the inside out. This makes it ideal for applications requiring elevated temperatures that standard heating blankets cannot achieve, such as heating highly viscous resins, industrial oils and other substances that require significant heat to reach a workable state.

The equipment includes a robust mobility system with wheels, allowing easy repositioning across the facility without requiring additional tooling or effort. Its closing system ensures the drum is securely held in place during the heating process, and the two included handle grips facilitate safe operation by the operator.

With a total height of 880mm, an external diameter of 700mm, an internal diameter of 500mm and an open machine footprint of 1420 × 170mm, the FML is sized to accommodate standard 200L drums while remaining practical and maneuverable within industrial facilities.
