Heating Oven for IBC and Drums

The FMS IBC drum heating oven is an industrial heating solution designed and manufactured by Comind Industries with over 30 years of experience in the industrial sector. This IBC drum heating oven intervenes in the pouring of fluids stored in drums and IBC containers, maintaining the exact process temperature required — up to 100°C — according to the fluid specifications. High traffic of these containers is challenging when the viscosity of certain fluids prevents their free transfer to the process, and the FMS solves this problem efficiently and reliably.

Built with a shielded tubular electric resistance bank, digital PID temperature control with overheating safety cutoff, electrostatic exterior paint finish and heat-resistant interior paint, the FMS is an industrial-grade solution designed for continuous heavy-duty operation. It can also be manufactured in stainless steel upon request. The equipment is designed to be easily moved by manual pallet stackers or forklifts, and the “plug and play” installation allows quick commissioning on site with optional technical advisory and startup services available.

The FMS IBC drum heating oven is available in three standard configurations to match different capacity requirements. The FMS-10BOX accommodates 4 drums or 1 IBC with 10KW of heating power. The FMS-15BOX accommodates 8 drums or 2 IBCs with 15KW. The FMS-20BOX accommodates 16 drums or 4 IBCs with 20KW. All models operate at 380V 3-phase (other voltages available on request), feature IP54 protection on the control panel and include a spill containment system and 1-year warranty.

Important: electric FMS models are not designed for heating flammable or combustible materials and are not explosion-proof. They must not be used in hazardous classified locations.
