The CGE ATEX Drum Heating Blanket is an electric heating solution certified under ATEX CE EX II 3G IIB T4, specifically designed for 200L metal drums. It provides safe and efficient heating up to 60°C, making it ideal for temperature maintenance, freeze protection, and viscosity reduction of industrial materials in hazardous environments with explosive atmospheres.
Manufactured with carbon fiber heating elements insulated in polyolefin and featuring 1 cm of non-flammable internal thermal insulation, the blanket delivers precise, uniform heat directly to the drum surface while maintaining high safety standards. The system includes an ATEX-certified closure, upper blanket opening, thermostat, and electrical connection designed for operation in demanding industrial conditions.
The unit operates at 220V with a power output of 1235W and incorporates a 75°C thermal fuse for additional protection. It measures Ø57/650 mm × H 600 mm and is supplied with a 3 m power cable equipped with an IEC 309 industrial connector.
