ATEX IBC Heating Blanket

The MAM ATEX IBC heating blanket is designed to heat and maintain the temperature of industrial liquids stored in 1000-liter IBC containers. Built with fire-resistant materials and certified electrical components, the MAM ATEX IBC heating blanket guarantees safe and efficient heating in explosive-risk environments, fully compliant with ATEX regulations for use in zones with flammable gases, vapors or dust.

The blanket wraps completely around the IBC container, delivering uniform and constant heat that allows operators to maintain the fluidity of viscous substances, prevent crystallization of temperature-sensitive products and accelerate productive processes in controlled environments. Its self-regulating heating element with ATEX certification ensures that the heating process adapts automatically to maintain safe and consistent temperatures without risk of overheating.

The internal ATEX security connection boxes and the 4000mm Ex plug cable ensure safe electrical connectivity in classified hazardous areas, while the 10mm mineral wool thermal insulation layer maximizes energy efficiency by minimizing heat loss. An insulating top cover is included to further improve thermal efficiency.
